I don't know if your friend will be in a coma that long that's just how long he was.
When he woke up he was okay but I was really scared.

Everyone I talked to said that sometimes that happens here though. Sometimes people wake up remembering things from home that hadn't happened to them yet and sometimes they're just the same as they were before.

After a moment the door opens up and Mondo offers a weak grin up at Shaun.]

Hey. Figured me out that easily, huh?

[His tone is quiet and concerned, and his voice trembles a little on his next question.]

[Hey, he even tried to tone it down for you! He didn't write "fuck" or anything!!]

...Yeah. It's Ishimaru. He won't wake up and I've tried everything.

...Maybe he won't remember new things when he wakes up. Norman didn't. I only know it's a thing that happens sometimes.

[That's reassuring, right? He's still a little unclear on the shared experience of the teenagers he's living with because there's some things that their pet 11-year-old doesn't need to know but it had to have been bad...]

...I hope so.

[He knows what happens to Ishimaru (well, sort of) and he knows it isn't pleasant. He doesn't want Ishimaru to go through any of that, especially not his death. Hell, he doesn't want Ishimaru having to deal with the trial and execution either, but somehow things would be even worse if Ishimaru dies. He doesn't have time to ponder that though, and he shakes his head at Shaun's question.]

Nah, I can get him. I wouldn't mind the company though.

[With that, he'll just retreat into the room to scoop Ishimaru up bridal style (which isn't awkward at all) and he starts up the stairs to leave the house.]

[Because you know what he'll remember and if you don't want him to remember it then it must be pretty bad.]

[He's going to wait at the stairs and then hover close to Mondo's hip when the older boy comes up the stairs. He doesn't want to look at Ishimaru, but Ishimaru's legs are kind of right in front of his face and he really really wants this to be some kind of joke because he doesn't know if he can deal with another coma especially not someone he looks up to like a brother.]
